Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, which apply to everyone who accesses or uses the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you do not have permission to access the Service.
By creating an account or providing your details, you agree that we may send you newsletters, marketing, and other information. You may opt out of any or all of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any email we send.
If you wish to purchase any product or service offered through the Service (a “Purchase”), you may be asked to provide information relevant to your Purchase, including payment and billing details. You represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide, and (ii) the information you supply is true, correct, and complete.
We may use third-party services to process payments and complete Purchases. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with those providers, subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in description or pricing, errors in your order, or a suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transaction.
No RefundsAll sales are final. Because Stage Hypnosis University provides immediate access to proprietary digital training, materials, and mentoring, all purchases — including memberships, courses, mentoring, and any related products or services — are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (the “Billing Cycle”), set monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription automatically renews under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel renewal through your account or by contacting our customer support team.
A valid payment method is required to process Subscription payments, and you agree to provide accurate, complete billing information. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to that payment method. If automatic billing fails, we may issue an invoice that you must pay manually by the stated deadline.
We may modify Subscription fees at our discretion. Any change takes effect at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle, and we will give you reasonable prior notice so you have an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect. Continued use after a fee change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new fee.
When you create an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stage Hypnosis University and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and other countries. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use our content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain without our prior written permission. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
Any content you submit remains yours, and you are responsible for it and for ensuring you have the right to post it. By submitting content through the Service, you grant us a license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating the Service. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor and edit user content, and we will respond to valid copyright claims, including terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — will survive.
